Analytics & Reporting

One View of Your Entire Workforce. Updated in Real Time.

A unified analytics layer connecting every learning environment to business KPIs, compliance status, and workforce performance — with a fully managed service layer.

The Challenge

Disconnected Learning Systems, Disconnected Insight

Most organisations run learning across multiple disconnected systems — each producing its own data, in its own format, visible only within its own interface. L&D and HR leaders spend disproportionate time manually consolidating reports, while boards receive incomplete or delayed information about workforce capability and compliance. Only 29% of L&D leaders feel confident proving learning ROI to their organisation (AIHR, 2025). Only 13% of companies currently evaluate the ROI of their L&D programmes in any meaningful way (360Learning).

Analytics & Reporting

Insight-Driven Learning with Managed Analytics

FabricAcademy's Analytics and Reporting capability combines a unified intelligence layer with a fully managed service model. The analytics layer draws data from every FabricAcademy capability you have engaged — LMS completions, immersive training scores, AI coaching progression, virtual classroom attendance — and presents it in role-appropriate dashboards designed for decision-making, not data archaeology. The managed service layer means one account team and one SLA covers everything from platform support to quarterly performance reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know explained

What data sources does the analytics layer connect to?

The analytics layer draws from every component of the FabricAcademy ecosystem — LMS completions, immersive training scores, AI coaching progression, virtual classroom attendance, blended learning pathway data, and AI Knowledge Platform usage. It can also connect to external HR and operational systems where data sharing agreements are in place, allowing learning activity to be correlated with workforce performance metrics from your own business intelligence environment.

Do we need our own Power BI licence to access the dashboards?

No. The analytics dashboards are delivered through the managed service and do not require your organisation to hold a separate Power BI licence or manage the infrastructure independently. If you have an existing Power BI environment and prefer to integrate, that is also supported.

What does the managed service actually cover day to day?

Platform configuration, data pipeline management, content ingestion, user administration, support desk access, and quarterly performance reviews. The scope is agreed at contract stage and can be scaled from core platform support to full operational management — covering everything from updating learning content to producing executive-ready reports on workforce capability.

How do we get started if we have no existing analytics infrastructure?

You do not need any existing analytics infrastructure. The FabricAcademy analytics layer is built from scratch as part of the implementation, starting with the data sources you have available and expanding as the ecosystem grows. We have delivered analytics programmes for organisations starting from manual spreadsheet reporting — the absence of existing infrastructure is not a barrier.
